Job Description
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following core duties:
* Promote our innovative Oncology product portfolio to healthcare professionals across private and public medical institutions.
* Strategically plan, develop and oversee assigned sales territories to achieve and surpass predefined sales objectives.
* Establish and sustain professional, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to guarantee high customer satisfaction.
* Collect and analyze market intelligence, while maintaining an accurate and up-to-date customer database.
* Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives for healthcare professionals.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in a Science-related discipline is highly preferred.
* Prior experience in Oncology field or public sector healthcare is an advantage (not a mandatory requirement).
* Candidates with extensive relevant experience will be considered for the Senior Product Specialist role.
* 1-2 years of relevant professional work experience is a strong plus.
* Proactive, self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a core requirement for this role.
