Main Responsibilities
• Manage sales for all customers within the designated territory, serving as the primary point of contact with the goal of achieving year-on-year growth.
• Plan and implement promotions for the aesthetic product range to HCPs, ensuring the attainment of territory and regional sales objectives.
• Build and sustain quality professional relationships with both new and existing HCPs.
• Develop business plans and adopt an account management approach to accelerate sales realization within the territory, including close collaboration with the aesthetic multi-disciplinary team.
Key Working Relationships
• Establish and manage strong relationships with new and existing HCPs who are decision-makers or influencers.
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Sales colleagues, KAM Teams, Marketing Managers, and Regional Sales Managers, to lead, shape, and optimize customer strategies for priority accounts.
• Influence relevant staff to present opportunities to HCPs.
• Share relevant customer information with the multi-disciplinary team and generate new leads when appropriate.
• Maintain supportive and professional working relationships with external partners.
• Educate and influence HCPs and their networking teams.
Qualifications, Experience And Knowledge Requirements
• Preferred background/experience in Life Sciences, nursing, or (para)medical fields, with a focus on sales.
• Strong emphasis on and understanding of the value of key working relationships, along with knowledge of key account management.
• Proven customer engagement skills, including the ability to leverage available systems and resources to drive sales success.
