As a (Senior) Product Specialist, you’ll combine strategic account management, specialized healthcare expertise, and cross-stakeholder collaboration to elevate patient care standards and deliver sustainable territory success across assigned healthcare focus areas.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute customized account plans for targeted hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions, aligning with overall brand strategy and portfolio lifecycle objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key healthcare stakeholders including healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and clinical teams to position advanced healthcare solutions as integral to standard clinical care.
• Build and maintain in-depth expertise in relevant therapeutic fields and product knowledge to deliver clear, evidence-based, and patient-centric value propositions to stakeholders.
• Support the seamless integration of healthcare solutions into hospital systems, procurement processes, and clinical pathways, advocating for optimal patient access across public and private healthcare settings in Hong Kong.
• Achieve and exceed assigned territory performance targets, driving portfolio growth through proactive account management and strategic stakeholder engagement.
• Collect and analyze market insights including competitive dynamics, clinical practice trends, and stakeholder needs to refine strategies and enhance territory-specific value delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners to implement cohesive, high-impact initiatives that advance business objectives and improve overall patient care quality.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Qualifications
• University degree in any discipline (life sciences, healthcare, business, or related fields preferred but not required).
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply — comprehensive training will be provided to build expertise in healthcare account management and medical sales.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin), with exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a patient-first mindset.
Desirable Attributes
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare account management, or related healthcare fields is an advantage (not mandatory for entry-level roles).
• Familiarity with Hong Kong’s healthcare system, including public and private hospital operations, procurement processes, and clinical practice guidelines is a plus.
