Key Responsibilities:

As a Pharmaceutical Trading Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the trading activities of the Hong Kong office. Your responsibilities will include:

• Order Management: Receive and manage orders from company’s entities and clients, including Mainland factory orders and API orders from third-party Asian manufacturers.
• Documentation: Draft purchase orders, proforma invoices, packing lists, and commercial invoices for various stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, healthcare or relevant disciplines.
• Professional Experience: Experience in international trading or manufacturing companies, particularly in regulated markets.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Channel Management Team (Sales-related)

• Provide support for tender management

Brand Activation Team (Marketing-related)
