Job Scope

AT Global Solution is seeking potential talent who is attention to detail, accurate, responsible, independent, initiative, and interested in joining our Marketing Team.

 

Reporting to the Department Head, the Marketing Manager position is responsible for developing and execute marketing campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-moving and dynamic team and to work with industry leaders.

 

Our goal is to identify and develop strategic marketing planning and activities to expand the company’s clientele.

 

 

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute offline events such as conferences, trade shows, and seminars to enhance brand presence and engage with customers.
  • Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor negotiations, logistics, and on-site coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of offline events with digital marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging marketing materials and collateral for both digital and offline channels.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and offline events, using data analytics tools to track key metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support digital marketing campaigns and offline events.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into our marketing strategies.

 

 

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and event management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Experience in planning and executing offline events such as conferences, trade shows, and seminars.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimization strategies.
  • Fluency in Thai and English, both written and verbal.
