Job Purpose

AT Global Advisory is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic SEA business team.

Accountabilities

Performance Optimization & Reporting 

• • To produce and upkeep weekly and monthly performance reports, including but not limited to:
    • Campaign Performance Reports
    • Sales Performance Reports
    • Client and Partner Performance Reports
  • Monitor KPIs and measure performance of different tasks based on ROI
  • Report business results, challenges, and growth opportunities to senior management and key stakeholders across regions
  • Identify new markets and areas of expansion
  • Help in the scale and growth of existing teams and markets

Collaboration

• • Support local and regional teams in coordination of all sales tasks
  • Handle incoming requests from sales teams and see them through to completion
  • Collaborate with other departments to solve issues or tasks
  • Coordinate with 3rd parties to accomplish tasks and co-handled projects

Experience & Skills

• Possesses with Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field 
• 1 to 3 years working experience in a similar role of finance industry and the knowledge of business report generating in different regions
• Strong analytical skills for optimization business strategies
• Proficiency in data processing with strong excel skills
• A strong communicator, with clear articulation of analytical findings through presentations
• Ability to multi-task and works efficiently in fast-paced environment
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (is a plus)
