Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching to retail shop operators, empowering them to achieve operational excellence and enhance service standards at our forecourts and convenience stores.
  • Participate in the recruitment and skills assessment of critical frontline staff essential for delivering operational success.
  • Assess the training and development requirements of frontline team members and fulfil these needs through both internal and external training programs.
  • Disseminate proven techniques for exceptional service and effective selling to frontline personnel.
  • Develop training materials tailored to the specific audience and deliver training sessions as needed.
  • Conduct on-site coaching for retail staff, offering constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the organization and documentation of all relevant training initiatives and activities.

 

Requirement:

  • Possess a Higher Diploma or above; holding a degree is advantageous.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the service or retail industry, preferably in convenience retailing. Experience in managerial or training roles will be an added benefit.
  • Proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Capable of thriving under tight schedules and working effectively with diverse colleagues.
  • Strong command of MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with online meeting tools is a bonus.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese; fluency in English is advantageous.
