Our client is a leading multinational enterprise in the Oil & Gas industry, seeking a Retail Operation Excellence Officer to support their operations across Hong Kong and Macau. The role focuses on driving process improvement, enhancing customer experience, and providing vital administrative support to retail operations. This position is ideal for candidates passionate about optimizing business practices and fostering positive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Implement initiatives to boost frontline staff engagement and improve customer service through innovative methods.
- Contracts and Administration: Assist in managing contracts, site operational permits, licenses, and handle administrative duties related to station operations.
- Communication Management: Coordinate communication strategies, manage content distribution to retailers, and organize retailer meetings and engagement activities.
- Data & Payment Management: Support payment processing, customer data updates, and work closely with offshore teams on data management tasks.
- Inventory and Cost Control: Manage site consumable inventory and work towards optimizing operational costs while maintaining efficiency.
- Special Projects: Support the execution of company-wide projects aimed at improving operational performance and engagement.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in operations-related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Strong administrative and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
