Our MNC client is looking for a Healthcare Project Manager to support their commercial team to lead client interactions and engagement for efficient project execution and delivering valuable insights and innovative solutions to their pharmaceutical company clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement and Relationship Building: manage daily communication with healthcare clients and identify business development opportunities for client engagements.
- Project Management: drive projects’ initiatives to ensure successful projects delivery to healthcare clients
- Cross-team collaboration: close collaboration between cross-functional team for smooth project implementation.
- Strategic Planning and Business Development: stay abreast with industry’s trends and opportunities and identify further collaborations and solutions to clients.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in account management or client relations, ideally within the healthcare or related sectors.
- Proven experience in key account management or sales, demonstrating the ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities to address challenges proactively.
- A collaborative team player committed to ensuring client satisfaction and the success of projects.
