Job Description
This global financial exchange platform is looking for a relationship manager to acquire new clients and grow these accounts through a value-driven approach. There will be warm leads generated from marketing team. This position will focus on Greater China market and will report to global team lead.
Job Responsibilities:
- Exceed individual and team KPI targets in deposits, volume, and revenue.
- Engage, retain, and expand your customer portfolio via different channels, including social selling
- Build professional, trustworthy relationships with clients, keeping them informed about our developments.
- Identify and research potential prospects
- Facilitate efficient sales activities using available tools and insights
- Offer feedback on customer needs, expectations, and frustrations
- Enhance your knowledge of financial markets and the company's offerings
- Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
- Adhere to all compliance and security requirements
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Familiarity with financial markets is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage and meet the expectations of affluent clients
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or cold calling is a plus
