Job Summary

As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various functions within the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategic recruitment initiatives to ensure we continue to bring in the best professionals in the luxury retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent in alignment with business objectives.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarking, and candidate selection.

  • Source potential candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit for each role.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, labor laws, and company standards.

  • Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to assess hiring effectiveness and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and best hiring practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Passion for luxury retail and a keen understanding of the industry landscape.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
