Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for a dynamic opportunity? Join our team as a HR Project Manager on a 6–9 month contract and help drive impactful HR initiatives across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead HR operations by refining processes, setting up standard procedures (SOPs), and ensuring compliance.
- Design and implement HR policies & benefits that align with organizational needs and country-specific regulations.
- Collaborate with payroll providers to optimize payroll workflows & HR systems.
- Oversee talent acquisition, training & development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Partner with business units as an HR Business Partner, managing talent acquisition strategies.
- Develop engaging talent development programs to nurture employee growth.
- Administer payroll, insurance, and benefits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Enhance employee engagement through onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.
- Plan and execute staff activities, including company events, parties, and engagement programs.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management meetings.
- Support the roll-out of global HR projects and initiatives.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in multinational/sizable organizations with regional exposure.
- Experience in garment/sourcing industry and regional HR operations in SEA Countries: Vietnam, Indonesia, or Thailand is a plus.
- Customer-focused, adaptable, and proactive, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for event planning & employee engagement.
- A true team player who can also work independently.
- Fluent in English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
