Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for a dynamic opportunity? Join our team as a HR Project Manager on a 6–9 month contract and help drive impactful HR initiatives across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead HR operations by refining processes, setting up standard procedures (SOPs), and ensuring compliance.
  • Design and implement HR policies & benefits that align with organizational needs and country-specific regulations.
  • Collaborate with payroll providers to optimize payroll workflows & HR systems.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, training & development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Partner with business units as an HR Business Partner, managing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Develop engaging talent development programs to nurture employee growth.
  • Administer payroll, insurance, and benefits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Enhance employee engagement through onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.
  • Plan and execute staff activities, including company events, parties, and engagement programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations for management meetings.
  • Support the roll-out of global HR projects and initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in multinational/sizable organizations with regional exposure.
  • Experience in garment/sourcing industry and regional HR operations in SEA Countries: Vietnam, Indonesia, or Thailand is a plus.
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and proactive, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for event planning & employee engagement.
  • A true team player who can also work independently.
  • Fluent in English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
