Manager, Key Accounts - US Pharmaceutical Company

Position Summary

To assist and support the Sales Manager, work closely with Brand Team and eCommerce Team to achieve assigned sales objectives, develop and expand the key accounts of responsible products. Responsible for sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on retail key accounts/FMCG businesses, manage sales growth for the assigned key accounts, identify risk and opportunity
  • Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with key account stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies, responsible for control and evaluation of promotion spending
  • Work closely with Sales Manager, Brand team and eCommerce team to plan and organize promotional activities to achieve sales target
  • Share market trends and intelligence with Management, Sales Manager and the team.
  • Make effective application of the data in all related sales activities and ensure good maintenance of records.
  • Ensure promotion funds are spent in productive ways
  • Actively participate company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
  • Ensure that sufficient call reports per working day are entered.
  • Perform any lawful and reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor or Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years sales experience and 2 years Key account management in FMCG companies

  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills with proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua (is preferable)
