Tasks and Responsibilities
Channel Management Team (Sales-related)
- Provide support for tender management
- Manage distributor order-related operations for Hong Kong and Macau
- Facilitate staff purchases
Brand Activation Team (Marketing-related)
- Develop point-of-purchase and point-of-sale materials and deliver them to customers, including trade marketing items like e-banners, talkers, and wobblers, and manage approval through e-DAM
- Create barcodes
- Assist in planning and executing promotional materials, such as sourcing gifts with purchase (GWP), co-packing, in-store demonstrations, and events
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to develop materials for above-the-line (ATL) marketing, including social media posts and digital banners
- Support brand activation managers in executing campaigns from awareness to post-purchase
General Administrative Support
- Manage the purchase-to-pay process, including purchase requests (PR), purchase orders (PO), and invoice receipt (IR) through platforms like SmartBuy and YourDocs
- Handle accruals in the system
- Organize regular consumer health meetings and workshops
- Manage sample requests and deliveries
- Coordinate advertising and sponsorship activities, including payment, delivery, and documentation
Qualifications / Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of trade marketing experience
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industries preferred
- Experience in consumer health is a plus
