Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving patient health through innovative and effective products. Their Over-The-Counter (OTC) portfolio is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team.
Position Overview
As a Key Account Manager for their OTC products, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with key clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to maximize revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and driving customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for account initiatives.
- Reporting: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management on account status and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry, preferably with OTC products.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
