Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of the assigned porfolito's trade spend budget.
- Lead the overall sales fundamentals process to facilitate category and channel development, conducting monthly analyses of the Macau market.
- Monitor and analyze category and channel data to extract business insights, informing channel promotion strategies.
- Developing and implementing in-store visibility and distribution strategies.
- Collaborate with sales team to design trade activities aimed at boosting sales.
- Perform ROI analyses on sales activities to derive insights and identify areas for improvement in future planning.
- Optimize the ANP budget while coordinating with the procurement team and vendors on POS materials, premiums, displays, and other trade materials for BTL activities.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support business process or system development in line with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Marketing, preferably within the FMCG or personal care sectors.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities and proficient data analytical skills.
- Proactive in driving initiatives and exhibits a growth mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building effective working relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
