Job Description
Responsibility
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with the organization's marketing objectives.
- Brainstorm and pitch the idea and present your creative and art direction to enhance the organization’s market position and awareness to the global audiences.
- Collaborate with internal photographer, designers, writers and other content managers on the creation of visual assets including art visuals, photos, videos, copywriting on the social medias (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok)
- Manage and develop the small team to inspire and guide them on the creative content project productions
- Work closely with the social media team to ensure content is optimized for social media platforms.
- Keep updated with the latest lifestyle trends and industry topics.
- Oversee the production process with content agencies/in-house production team, including managing timelines, resources and budgets
- Track and monitor KPI performances especially on engagement; review, adjust and transform key data into actionable insights
Qualification
- University degree holder in Journalism/ Marketing/ Communications or related subjects
- At least 10 years’ experience in an art direction/digital marketing role.
- Highly preferred candidate from advertising /digital agency, content creation, publishing, or related fields is preferred
- Experience in leading and managing creative teams, including videographers, graphic designers and copywriters are advantageous
- Strong storyteller, able to distil complex ideas into understandable and relatable story angles
- Knowledge of best practices in social platform, emerging technologies, and industry trends in video production and storytelling
- Strong organization skills with problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written English and Chinese
