Job Description

Responsibility

  • Collect user requirements and collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement a data management strategy and develop data warehousing solutions.
  • Support the rollout of data strategy initiatives, designing and monitoring metrics related to the digital journey.
  • Perform advanced analytics to identify trends and opportunities, presenting insights to stakeholders to guide strategic decisions.
  • Oversee and conduct ETL processes, including extraction, transformation, and analysis of data for the organization.
  • Create and maintain data pipelines, reporting scripts, and queries to ensure smooth data flow.
  • Execute database management tasks, including data validation and cleansing, to uphold data integrity.
  • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and regular reports to enhance data analysis and provide actionable insights to management and business teams.
  • Assist with BI and reporting activities as needed.

 

Requirement

  • A degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field, with approximately 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Practical experience in database management, ETL programming, and/or data analytics.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx, Azure ETL) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikSense, Power BI).
  • Proficient in MS Office and programming languages such as Python.
  • Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies.
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
