Senior Project Engineer/ Project Engineer - HVAC, Design & Build

This client is a listed conglomerate Asian-based group, engineering solutions and service is one of their core businesses. They are looking for a Senior Project Engineer/ Project Engineer to join their team for leading a HVAC system project of design & build.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out design, installation, and T&C work to deliver the project on time and in compliance.
• Prepare the quotation, tendering assistance, shop drawings submission, feasibility study, method statement, performance, and risk analysis.
• Responsible for site inspection, including monitoring technical team to finish site work in accordance with safety requirements and project standards.
• Work closely with subcontractors, client and government authorities to discuss project progress.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Building Service Engineering or related disciplines.
• 5 years’ relevant experience in scaled design and build project is an advantage.
• Familiar with design guidelines, code of practice, statutory regulations to relevant authorities.
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Engineer.
