Project Engineer (Project Management/ Maintenance)

 

Our client is one of the world's leaders in high-technology heating, air conditioners, and refrigeration solutions. They are currently looking for a Project Engineer with experience in project management and maintenance work to join the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC retrofit projects are successfully completed within schedule with proven track record
• Assist Project Manager in handling of fitting out and retrofit works of MVAC system, including site coordination with sub-contractor and client
• To supervise and monitor on site for HVAC retrofit projects
• To prepare submission works such as tendering and quotation for HVAC retrofit projects
• To manage on the performance of technical staffs and outside contractors
• To manage the selection, ordering and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects assigned
• To perform associated cost estimates, prepares proposals for customer acceptance

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service Engineering or related studies
• 3 years’ experience on E&M project / Maintenance work with proven track record
• Experience in managing HVAC retrofit projects in Hong Kong will be an advantage
• Proficiency in using MS applications such as Excel, Word, Power Point & AutoCAD drawing software
• Able to work independently, mature with good problem-solving skills
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
