CRM Manager | MNC, F&B (40k)+
Job Responsibilities:
- Create a strategic plan for customer relationship management (CRM) to generate new business opportunities in Hong Kong.
- Implement a seamless conversion model from recruitment to advocacy, supported by data-driven insights and effective segmentation.
- Enhance data management processes and accuracy to maintain high-quality CRM data.
- Monitor KPIs and conduct in-depth data analysis to generate intelligence and recommendations for improving business performance.
- Utilize internal and external data to analyze the efficiency and ROI, translating findings into actionable insights and business opportunities.
- Lead CRM initiatives and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of plans.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor's Degree & 6+ years of CRM experience within consumer goods, FMCG or related industries is preferred
- Familiar with Salesforce, Google Analytic and PowerBI
- Strong in collaborating among internal and external partners at all levels to foster effective stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Independent, detail-oriented and a good team player
- Professional command of written and spoken English and Chinese
