Job Description

The engineer will be responsible for providing on-site desktop support to Singapore office and remote support to global Group offices.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following across the group:

  • Provide on-site end user, application, desktop / laptop / mobile device and video conferencing system support;
  • Provide remote helpdesk application, desktop / laptop / mobile device, video conferencing system support for other offices;
  • Provide remote and on-site server and networking support (1st to 2nd line depending on experience);
  • Proactively identify and implement new technologies to benefit the business and the user experience;
  • Responsible for any ad hoc duties and projects may arise from time to time
  • May require early morning shift

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working as part of a global technology support team
  • Experience in financial services and/or private equity is preferred
  • Experience of working in a broad range of end user focused technologies, including:

 

    • Active Directory and Azure AD
    • Citrix
    • iOS mobile devices
    • Microsoft technologies including MS Office, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
    • Message archiving platforms
    • Mobile device management solutions
    • Printer management and support (server and devices)
    • Telephony support (primarily Microsoft Teams)
    • Video conferencing systems
    • Windows 10 and 11
