Our client, a leading global aesthetics company with a strong and well-established portfolio, is looking for an experienced Aesthetic Key Account Executive to drive strategic growth across clinics and aesthetic centres in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sustainable business growth
  • Manage and expand relationships with key aesthetic clinics and decision-makers
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories
  • Identify new business opportunities and unlock potential within existing accounts
  • Deliver product training and commercial support to doctors and clinic teams
  • Lead product launches, promotional initiatives, and in-clinic activities
  • Ensure strong product adoption and long-term client engagement
  • Monitor competitor landscape and market trends to stay ahead of opportunities

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of sales experience within aesthetics or medical devices (existing clinic network is highly advantageous)
  • Proven track record in account management and revenue growth
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese required; Mandarin is a plus)
  • Confident, polished, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
