Job Description

Key Responsibilities
 
The core duty is to ensure consistent sales performance in the designated territory by delivering high-quality products and services, enhancing technical and sales capabilities to boost work efficiency, monitoring and reporting on competitors' activities, exploring business development opportunities within the territory, and sustaining existing business operations.
 
Submit monthly sales data to the business unit supervisor to support the formulation of sales forecasts.
Collaborate with the business unit supervisor to formulate and implement sales plans after the sales forecast is approved.
Execute product sales strategies to guarantee the accomplishment of sales objectives and targets.
Leverage professional sales skills and maintain regular customer communication to meet customer demands and achieve territory sales goals.
Explore new business opportunities, expand customer and business scope in the territory while retaining existing clients.
Formulate and report daily, weekly and monthly work plans & performance results, as well as cycle goals, sales targets & completion status to the sales and marketing management team.
Provide market intelligence information to the sales and marketing management team.
Participate in professional industry events, academic conferences and exhibition booth work as assigned.
Organize academic exchange meetings and develop key account cooperation plans with customers as required.
Conduct all territory-related work in a professional manner, in compliance with the company's operational standards and code of conduct.
Establish and update territory and customer files and records.
Attend regular departmental meetings with supervisors to establish a sustainable work feedback mechanism.
 
Qualifications
 
Bachelor’s degree or above in Science, Pharmacy or a medical-related major.
3 years of working experience in specialty care products, with previous pharmaceutical sales experience; experience in neuroscience product sales is a plus.
Proactive, self-motivated, highly confident, intellectually curious, and with excellent professional executive demeanor.
Capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks simultaneously within tight deadlines in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with management at all levels.
