Our newly opened international school is seeking a proactive, strategic, and relationship‑driven Admissions & Marketing Manager/Director to lead all student recruitment, branding, and community engagement efforts. As a founding member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the school’s dual‑curriculum offering (IB + DSE) and building a vibrant, engaged school community.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Admissions Leadership
- Drive student recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets for both IB and DSE pathways.
- Lead the full admissions cycle: enquiries, school tours, assessments, interviews, and conversions.
- Deliver a warm, premium, and professional admissions experience for prospective families.
- Maintain accurate admissions records, market insights, and enrolment forecasting.
Marketing & Communications
- Develop and execute the school’s marketing strategy to raise visibility and brand trust.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, website content, and marketing campaigns.
- Create impactful messaging highlighting the school’s IB + DSE programmes and unique strengths.
- Plan and deliver events: Open Days, school fairs, outreach programmes, and press communications.
Community & External Relations
- Build strong relationships with parents, corporate partners, relocation agencies, and education networks.
- Represent the school at education expos, media events, and community engagements.
- Enhance the school’s local and regional reputation.
Strategic Leadership
- Work closely with senior leadership to align admissions and marketing with long‑term school development.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions.
- Mentor and grow the admissions/marketing team as the school expands.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Strong familiarity with the International Baccalaureate (IB) and Hong Kong DSE curricula is required.
- Prior experience in school admissions, marketing, or brand management (international school experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with strong presentation and customer‑facing abilities.
- Proficiency in English; Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, social media strategy, and CRM systems.
- Ability to thrive in a start‑up school environment: adaptable, hands‑on, creative, and solution‑oriented.
