Strategic & Academic Leadership

• Provide overall academic and operational leadership for a dual-curriculum school.
• Ensure curriculum coherence, instructional excellence, and continuous improvement across IB PYP/MYP/DP and DSE pathways.
• Lead school-wide planning, accreditation processes, and quality assurance.

Team Leadership & School Culture

• Inspire, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of educators and middle leaders.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and innovative school culture focused on student success.
• Drive professional development and pedagogical advancement.

Student Experience & Safeguarding

• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Oversee student well-being, pastoral systems, and safeguarding compliance.
• Champion holistic education, inquiry learning, and character development.

Community & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build trusted partnerships with parents, staff, board members, and community stakeholders.
• Represent the school at IB and education bureau engagements.
• Promote the school’s vision and values locally and internationally.

Operations & Compliance

• Oversee school operations, budgeting, resource planning, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure alignment with EDB regulations, IB Organisation standards, and school policies.
• Lead strategic initiatives, school development, and long-term growth.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• Proven school leadership experience in an international or bilingual environment.
• Strong working knowledge of IB (PYP/MYP/DP) AND/OR Hong Kong DSE curriculum frameworks.
• Track record of successful school improvement, team leadership, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
