Role Overview
This leadership role oversees the consumer interactive business for the Hong Kong region, operating within strategic guidelines set by global executive management. You will hold full accountability for P&L performance, setting goals for operational efficiency, profitability, new business acquisition, and consumer experience.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; Master’s preferred
- 10+ years of proven management experience
- Strong business and technical acumen with ability to translate strategy into actionable goals
- Expertise in e-commerce and delivering superior consumer experiences
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Comfort with initiating and managing change while maintaining clarity under pressure
