Core Job Objective

Focus on the healthcare sector, provide customized medical marketing and academic communication solutions for clients in consumer healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and other industries through strategic client development and in-depth relationship management. Continuously explore new business opportunities, deepen existing cooperation, and drive dual growth in business scale and efficiency.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. New Client Business Development

• Lead the development of target clients in the healthcare industry, formulate and implement strategic business expansion plans to ensure meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• With a consultative sales mindset, accurately identify clients' core pain points and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create creative and innovative solutions.

• Proactively explore potential cooperation opportunities to maximize client value and commercial benefits.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Establish and maintain long-term and stable trusting relationships with clients, and deeply interpret clients' business goals and industry trends.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuously improve client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Promote the signing and implementation of Master Service Agreements (MSA) and preferred supplier cooperation agreements.

3. Proposal and Project Acquisition (RFI/RFP)

• Coordinate the entire proposal process and integrate internal resources to form professional and competitive proposals.

• Collaborate with the team to polish presentation and proposal content to ensure strategic consistency and professional presentation.

• Develop pricing frameworks and budget plans that balance profitability and client needs, negotiate contract terms, and secure optimal commercial conditions.

4. Market Intelligence and Industry Influence

• Track industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor dynamics in real time to provide a basis for optimizing business strategies.

• Represent the company in industry events, seminars, and business exchanges to enhance brand visibility in the market.

• Share market insights to promote the optimization and innovation of internal service systems.

5. Business Performance Management

• Regularly compile business development progress, performance data, and project advancements, and formulate subsequent action plans.

• Review the effectiveness of sales strategy implementation and continuously iterate and optimize based on client feedback and market changes.

Essential Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in business development or key account management; prior experience in integrated marketing, medical information/media/public relations, event planning, or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

• Sales-oriented professional with excellent past performance, capable of efficiently meeting and exceeding targets.

• Possess good digital literacy and the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technologies to improve work efficiency.

• Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and able to drive the team to create high-winning-rate proposals.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills.

• Bachelor's degree or above in business management, medical and health sciences, life sciences, or related fields; strong curiosity in scientific fields is required.

• Possess business and financial acumen, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
