General Job Summary

You will lead and accelerate brand marketing initiatives across Hong Kong, driving strategic planning and execution of both B2B and B2C campaigns that enhance brand relevance and usage. This role includes developing thought leadership programs aligned with overall sales and marketing objectives, while managing ad hoc projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution

    • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Hong Kong, including conceptualization and implementation of plans.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the Company’s brand portfolio, competitive landscape, and customer needs to support market roll-out of brand initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure strong product positioning, messaging, branding, and activation strategies.
    • Maintain alignment with regional and country teams on strategies, plans, and actions.
  • Market Engagement & Insights

    • Drive awareness, recommendation, and usage of the Company’s products through engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and channel partners.
    • Conduct market research to generate actionable consumer and patient insights, applying findings to develop differentiated marketing concepts and evidence-based claims.
  • Campaign Development & Support

    • Design and implement Hong Kong-specific campaigns targeting consumers, HCPs, and clinic stakeholders, including sales force materials and training.
    • Support channel partners in product launches and collaborate with regional teams to open new markets.
  • Performance Measurement & Budget Management

    • Establish KPIs and feedback loops to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
    • Plan and manage product budgets to maximize resources for local campaigns and initiatives.
  • Agency & Vendor Management

    • Oversee external agencies and service providers to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  • Team Leadership

    • Manage a team, providing strategic guidance and overseeing all marketing initiatives.
    • Coach and develop team members to foster growth and performance.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in marketing or brand management within the healthcare industry, preferably across international or multicultural markets.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Background in highly regulated industries and ethical marketing practices.
  • Strong expertise in disease awareness and education campaigns.
  • Experience in B2C and B2B2C marketing to support clinics in patient education and awareness.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute campaigns based on market research, positioning, and messaging.
  • Familiarity with competitive event landscapes and ability to introduce innovative ideas at both strategic and executional levels.
