Position Overview

Our client is a market leader in the retail fashion and footwear sector, due to continuous growth of the business, they are now actively seeking Senior Merchandiser and play a crucial role in enhancing our brand’s presence across the APAC region. Overseeing our diverse portfolio in 15+ countries, you will be instrumental in driving success and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising Excellence

• Lead Strategy: Direct merchandising for men’s and women’s footwear and lifestyle categories, aligning with regional trends.
• Collaborate: Partner with commercial leads and global stakeholders to optimize product sales and replenishment.
• Innovate: Work with New York headquarters on tailored product development and represent regional needs in preseason line planning.
• Analyze: Prepare and present insightful product overviews for strategic business reviews.
• Educate: Conduct quarterly product knowledge training for regional teams.

• Develop Tools: Create market sales materials, including order forms and lookbooks.
• Showroom Setup: Support seasonal market setups in Hong Kong and Tokyo.
• Present Collections: Showcase our offerings to partners in the APAC region and NYC.
• Review Assortments: Analyze partner assortment reviews to refine product offerings.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Liaise with teams in New York, Dubai, Tokyo, and the Netherlands to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage Logistics: Coordinate seasonal buys and replenishment orders with logistics and finance.
• Oversee Showroom: Manage showroom activities, including sample sales and special events.

Skills & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in fashion, merchandising, retail, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in merchandising or product management; footwear or accessories experience is a plus.
• Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with SAP preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of the retail landscape and strong analytical abilities.
• Detail-Oriented: Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Collaborative spirit with a passion for learning and growth.
• Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounts and month-end closing
• Assist in supervision of team members, review daily vouchers and ensure data accuracy in accounting system
• Assist in inventory management
• Assist in handling internal control enhancement project
• Assist in handling company secretarial works
• Support supervisor and provide support in ad hoc projects and assignments
• Assist in other accountings duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, experience in handling APAC markets is an advantage
• Experience in retail industry is a MUST
• Team player and with good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Putonghua & Cantonese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Accountant

IT System Engineer – APAC Role / Global leading jewellery retail company

Position Overview:

The IT Engineer will be responsible for providing comprehensive network and IT system support to our offices and salons across the Asia region. This role involves technical support, maintenance services, and project implementation to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and maintenance services for software, desktop, server, network, and hardware systems across approximately 15 locations in Asia (covering Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Macau, Korea, Singapore, and Japan)
• Prepare, install, and set up user workstations and computers
• Perform system monitoring, performance checks, and data backup operations
• Assist the Regional Senior IT Manager in designing and implementing various IT projects as directed by the Group CIO and CFO for Asia
• Maintain comprehensive IT inventory records to safeguard the company's IT assets and facilitate maintenance and auditing

Main Interactions:

Internal: Provide support to all staff across the Asia region

External: Coordinate with local merchants and service providers as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related discipline, with MCSE qualification preferred
• 2 years of related experience in supporting macOS, Microsoft Windows, Office applications, and desktop hardware, preferably in a retail business environment
• Strong knowledge in system and network management, including Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, TCP/IP networking, and Microsoft operating systems (Windows 11, Windows Server)
• Experience with Citrix and Checkpoint Firewall is an advantage
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and possess good interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and able to work independently under pressure
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Willing to travel within Asia regions when necessary

• Involve in the accounts payable function, including reviewing invoice and payment transactions
• Handle reimbursement of staff claims
• Prepare monthly journals, bank reconciliations and expense schedules
• Provide support to the team to ensure the timely completion of  month-end closing

Our client is a global fashion company, to cope with their business needs, they are looking for seasoned IT Manager who has hands on experience in Microsoft Dynamics to lead their internal IT team. You will be reporting directly to the CFO (an expat based overseas) and leading a team of 7 staff to drive their internal system spin-off projects from mother company. You will be overlooking overseas offices such as UK, Germany, France and Sweden, etc.

The Job:

• Lead the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics systems, including modules such as Finance and Operations, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, Retail, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Plan, execute, and monitor in-house application projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business users, department heads, and senior management, to understand their needs, gather requirements, and align application strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee the operations of application support and infrastructure, to manage all-round internal IT infrastructure operations
• Manage the global internal infrastructure operation, such as server, cloud, system, networking, security, etc.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including software vendors, consultants, and support services. Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the application development and support team.

The Person:

• Bachelor's degree in IT related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of related working experience in which 5 years as managerial role
• Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics systems, including Finance and Operations, Supply Chain Management, Retail, and CRM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics customization, configuration, and integration capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications are highly desirable
• Good command of verbal & written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
