- Conduct regular security audits, penetration testing, and disaster recovery drills to enforce robust cybersecurity frameworks that protect corporate, customer, and payment data.
- Ensure compliance with local data privacy regulations.
Project Management Excellence
- Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor project progress and benefits realization.
- Lead multi-country IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Apply structured project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP) to ensure transparency, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of progressive IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
- Proven experience in ERP enhancement, application integration, and digital transformation within the hospitality, leisure, or property sectors.
- Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise solutions, POS, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale IT projects with cross-border teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in multicultural environments.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.

About Role:
They are currently hiring for a Senior Accounting Manager who will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and maintaining compliance with local regulations. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations of the Indonesia plant, including month-end financial reporting, costing, cash forecasting, budgeting, payroll, VAT, and tax matters.
- Verify all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with local service providers for accounting, tax, and statutory filing requirements.
- Review and enhance internal controls and procedures related to the plant.
