Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate company-wide HSSE training, including topics like First Aid, Fire Fighting, DSE, and DDC.
- Monthly consolidate and verify HSSE performance results from all business functions.
- Foster a proactive HSSE culture by planning activities such as Safety Day and updating the HSSE intranet and standards quarterly.
- Execute the company HSSE plan, which includes maintaining the HSSE incentive scheme and keeping minutes for HSSE tech forum meetings.
- Monitor the Government Gazette weekly for new HSSE-related legislation.
- Coordinate audits and external reviews to meet Group and legislative requirements as needed.
- Outdoor work may be required as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- A recognized qualification in the HSSE area is preferred, with a minimum of a High Diploma.
- At least 2 years of work experience in HSSE, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and verbal, is essential.
