Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT teams and external partners to design and implement automated systems.
• Exhibit a strong desire to learn Python scripting for task automation.
• Examine existing merchandising processes to discover opportunities for enhancement and automation.
• Provide training and support to merchandising team members on new systems and procedures.
• Create and execute automation solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency within the merchandising team.
• Leverage Excel, VBA, and SQL databases for data analysis, report generation, and model development to aid decision-making.
• Keep up with emerging trends and technologies in process automation, data analysis, and supply chain management.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster effective teamwork.
• Essential advanced skills in Excel, VBA, and SQL databases.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• Proven track record in merchandising, operations, or supply chain roles with an emphasis on process analysis and optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management competencies.
• Display a keen interest and basic knowledge of Python.
• Experience with UI Path and Tableau is highly advantageous.
