We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Accounting professional to join our project team and support our client's needs.  As a valued team member, this is a dynamic role that will give you great exposure to our client's business and a chance to showcase your abilities to deliver excellent service and solutions. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, supporting month-end closing activities, and cost-related accounting. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily accounting transactions accurately and timely.
• Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in maintaining fixed asset registers.
• Assist with audit preparation and year-end reporting requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks as required.
• Handle accounting re-related filing and documentation.
• Support ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks. 

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. 
• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. 
• Experience in manufacturing, trading, or inventory-intensive businesses preferred. 
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, Dynamics 365). 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. 
• Good command of English and Chinese.
