Associate Director – MEP

Our client, a dynamic government entity focused on innovation and technology. They are looking for Associate Director to lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects at a significant development site, driving excellence in project management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and management of MEP projects, ensuring compliance with quality and budgetary requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to finalize designs and oversee construction activities.
• Prepare documentation for the selection of consultants and contractors, and monitor their performance.
• Address design and construction challenges, providing innovative solutions as needed.
• Review project scopes, budgets, and change orders related to MEP work.
• Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Membership in a recognized professional institution is preferred.
• 12 years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including 7 years in a managerial role.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
