✨ What You’ll Be Driving

1. Talent Management

  • Design and implement cutting-edge talent strategies for leadership development, competency modeling, and cross-location employee programs
  • Co-create frameworks for talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning
  • Partner with HRBPs to pinpoint critical talent gaps and devise targeted development plans
  • Align workforce capabilities with future business needs and growth objectives
  • Enhance career growth systems and ready our workforce for tomorrow

2. Learning & Development

  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis to spark innovation and learning
  • Lead the design and delivery of impactful programs: from leadership to technical and soft skills
  • Embed applied learning practices to ensure knowledge sticks and drives results
  • Manage e-learning ecosystems, certifications, and learning journeys
  • Collaborate with expert partners  internal and external for best-in-class learning outcomes
  • Measure success via KPIs and learner feedback

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Champion initiatives that energize and connect our people for surveys, recognition, wellness, and more
  • Build a workplace that celebrates inclusion, respect, and well-being
  • Orchestrate engaging events, town halls, and feedback touchpoints
  • Analyze culture data and guide action plans that spark positive change

🛠️ What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR with a focus on engagement
  • Bonus: SHRM-CP/SCP, ATD certification or equivalent
  • Expert facilitation and instructional design chops
  • A sharp mind for data, HR analytics is your playground
  • Stellar communication and influence across all levels
  • Tech-savvy with LMS and HRIS knowledge
