We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer proficient in Japanese to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This permanent role offers a competitive salary ranging from MYR 13,000 to 15,000 per month. Our client is one of Malaysia's leading international IT consulting firms.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support in the LAN Switching domain as part of the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC).​
• Analyze, configure, and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching issues in large enterprise networks.​
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues.​
• Support Cisco switching products, including Catalyst and Nexus series switches.​
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities, keeping all relevant teams and systems updated.​
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Salesforce CRM, CSONE, Cisco One Search, and internal troubleshooting tools.​
• Resolve TAC cases with minimal guidance, ensuring timely and effective solutions.​

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.​
• Proven experience in network engineering, particularly with Cisco products.​
• Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese (both written and spoken).​
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.​
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.​
