Our prestigious client, a sizable environmental construction organization in Hong Kong, is seeking a high-caliber candidate to join their team for the following position:
Quantity Surveyor/ Project Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing subcontract agreements to ensure alignment with main contract terms.
- Preparing cost estimates for subcontracted work.
- Inviting and evaluating tenders from potential subcontractors.
- Assessing and certifying the value of work completed by subcontractors for interim and final payments.
- Evaluating and pricing variations or changes to the subcontracted work.
- Managing claims from subcontractors for additional time or money.
- Maintaining accurate records of all subcontracted work, payments, and correspondence.
- Reviewing and agreeing on the final account with subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in E&M contractor side.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor.
