Site Supervisor – Fitting Out

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project-in-charge to monitor project schedules and prevent delays.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients regarding design and detailing issues.
• Communicate effectively with the site team, designers, and clients to ensure all technical drawings are produced and filed according to requirements.
• Monitor site safety, progress, quality of works, and workmanship.
• Assist in the preparation of tender and quotation submissions.
• Attend periodic project meetings to discuss progress and address concerns.
• Carry out site supervision during Sundays or public holidays, if necessary.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Building Studies, Surveying, Construction Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of experience site management for commercial fitting-out projects.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Holder of a Safety Supervisor Certificate or REW A is a plus.
