Senior Fire Services Engineer to Fire Services Manager

Commercial/ Residential/ Government Projects

13 months + annual bonus

Up to $69K per month\

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients and main contractors as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects.
• Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements.
• Responsible for costing, tender estimation, tendering procurement and subcontractor monitoring
• Design the Fire Services system

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Fire Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in participation of E&M Building Services Contractors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Candidate with more experience will also be considered as Fire Services Manager
