Job Description

Our client is a patient-centred pharmaceutical company with strong R&D pipeline , and is looking for a key account executive/ manager to join their primary care team. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth and expansions with new pharmaceutical products in the portfolio. 1. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for assigned product portfolio
  • Achieve sales targets & KPI
  • Build strong relationships with HCPs in both public & private sector to drive customer loyalty with their primary care products
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor intelligence to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies and penetration
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to the management for regular reviews
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Assist on cross-functional team functions to enhance market penetration

2. Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Pharmacy or related scientific disciplines
  • Min. 3 years of Sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry, more experienced candidates will be considered as key account manager position.
  • In-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry with strategic mindset
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, including account management and new business development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to drive business growth
  • Skilled in MS Office applications
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
