Title: Clinical Specialist

Location: Hong Kong

Position Overview:

The Regional Clinical Specialist aims to improve clinical and operational efficiencies of Radiology departments in line with our clinical consulting framework.

This is enabled though the following:

• Customer Insights: Understand customer clinical and operational needs through active engagement, dialogue, and educational activities.
• Product Knowledge: Advanced understanding of Bayer’s product portfolio (Contrast Media, Medical Device, Radiometric) to advise customers on clinical use to achieve best clinical outcomes
• Data Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis of clinical operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Data can come from direct customer interactions or our connected devices.
• Strategic Development: Develop and implement tailored strategies aligned with customer goals, ensuring actionable recommendations.
• Industry Insights: Stay current on industry trends to provide relevant advice and innovative solutions.

The Regional Clinical Specialists will also work with Local Applications Specialists in APAC as part of the APAC Applications Community (AAC) collaborating on clinical consulting methodology, sustainable training, best practice sharing and collateral / material exchange.

The Regional Clinical Specialists will provide advanced applications for end customers in the APAC region with no local applications capability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced clinical consulting services to end-customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Teams and Product Teams to develop and formulate value proposition for Clinical Consulting for end-customers.
• Clinical data analytics for connected devices.
• End-customer applications training for markets with no local applications support.
• Conduct instructor led face to face training in regional training centre
• Collaborate with Bayer L&D counterparts in other regions and global to co-develop training content related to new-launch, global strategic marketing chapters, an any global training and capability projects
• Travelling up to 50%

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in an Radiography, Medical Physics or Science field
• Prior clinical experience as Clinical Radiographer and/or Applications experience in Imaging OEMs.
• Experience with 2 or more Radiology Imaging Modality (CT, MRI, NM, Angio)
• Deep knowledge of Healthcare IT and Radiology IT (DICOM, HL7, RIS/HIS and PACS systems)
• Working knowledge of global service processes
• Excellent command of both oral and written English plus native-level command of local language
• Training experience is a plus
• Negotiation and presentation skills
• Experience in regional work, understanding the difference of the Customers need
