Position Description: Channel Management Executive (Key Account Executive), Consumer Health

 

Contract: 1 year

 

Purpose:

The Channel Management Executive is responsible for driving sales growth through Key Account Management for key account chains in Hong Kong and the Macau market.

 

Key Tasks:

  • Ensure achievement of top & bottom-line targets by
    • developing and implementing sales channel strategy;
    • managing sales controllable via
      • pricing;
      • promotions;
      • on shelf visibility
      • distributions
  • Ensure market / Channels dynamics by:
    • Implementing promotion activities, closely monitor programs, take corrective actions;
    • share market intelligence with team and assist in the development of marketing & brand strategies;
  • Focusing on Customer needs – Key account by:
    • develop / strengthen relations with key customers;
    • proactively identify opportunities & risk, provide initiative to improve;
    • develop short & medium terms sales plan consistent in agreed business strategy
  • Build, accurately forecasts and achieve accounts' results: turnover, market share, profit.
  • Plan all growth drivers accordingly.
  • Prepare and lead the Accounts negotiations, escalating when relevant.
  • Work closely with other departments (Supply, finance, marketing, medical)
  • Identify opportunities across categories to maximize

Skills & Qualifications:

  • University graduate or above in Business or related discipline;
  • 2 years or above of Key Account / Trade sales experience in pharmaceutical/Consumer Care industries/FMCG/Retail industry with proven sales track record.
  • Strong strategy thinking, analytical skills, self-motivated with committed attitude & positive mindset, effective communication & interpersonal skills, result-oriented & act as a good team player;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office
