Project Manager – Facilities management
Package:

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage team operations for exceptional facility management at the Head Office.
- Maintain and oversee hard services like MVAC, Fire Services, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, and AV systems.
- Supervise outsourced contractors for daily operations and maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Manage vendor performance based on SLAs and KPIs.
- Handle project management for renovations, critical equipment, and lifecycle management.
- Review and enhance SOPs regularly and prepare annual budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Property/Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Property/Facility management.
- Knowledge of local OH&S regulations, building works, and E&M aspects.
- Proficient in procurement processes and office renovation management.
- Strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and vendor management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for cost analysis, PowerPoint, or AutoCAD.
