Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive front-line HR support within one of the Divisions of the Human Resources Office.
- Assist the Division Head in implementing HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, appointments, promotions, transfers, redeployments, redundancies, terminations, compensation and benefits, staff development and training, staff appraisal, rewards, and sanctions.
- Independently handle assigned subject areas/projects with minimal supervision from the Division Head.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support for Committees and HR-related matters as needed.
- Mentor junior officers within the Division, offering guidance and support.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Office or delegates.
Qualifications:
- Hold a recognized degree.
- Possess at least 5 years of solid experience in human resource management and supervision.
- Have proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua preferred.
- Demonstrate perceptive and analytical thinking with proven management capability.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be competent in committee secretariat functions.
- Be a proactive team player with dedication to work and a positive attitude.
- Have good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.
