Customer Service Officer

Our client is a global leader in the travel industry, exclusively focused on airline amenity kits, cosmetics and comfort items. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join the company. 

 

Job Description:

  • Adhere to customer service procedures, delivering exceptional Customer Excellence to our international clientele.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales Team, liaising on projects with our Procurement and Product Development departments.
  • Continuously enhance and uphold the utmost level of Customer Satisfaction, promptly addressing customer inquiries with precise and professional responses.
  • Prepare tender submissions, samples, presentations, calculations, and quotations.
  • Proactively devise and oversee project plans, providing regular updates to the Sales Team and Customer Service Manager.
  • Generate Sales Orders, track new orders, and oversee forecasts and deliveries until project completion.
  • Follow up on customer payments.
  • Address complaints promptly, ensuring resolution within expected time frames while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

 

Job Requirements

  • Holder of a degree, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields
  • Minimum 1 - 4 years of experience in customer service, merchandising, or sales support within international trading organizations (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!)
  • Demonstrate confidence, outgoing personality, strong teamwork skills, and exceptional interpersonal abilities
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, exhibit strong organizational skills, and effectively manage time
  • Display a willingness to learn and a high sense of responsibility
  • Exhibit attention to detail, a proactive problem-solving mindset, effective interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate within a team
  • Possess excellent written and verbal English skills, with fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin being essential
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing, and PowerPoint
