Product Development Officer

Our client is a global leader in the travel industry, exclusively focused on airline amenity kits, cosmetics and comfort items. They are currently looking for a Product Development Officer to join the company. 

Job Description:

• Coordinate with suppliers to facilitate sample development.
• Support the Design team in creating precise product briefs, project sheets, and other related documents.
• Ensure the organization and maintenance of the sample/fabric filing system.
• Oversee the management of sales and marketing materials.
• Assist the Product Development team in conducting thorough market, industry, and competition analysis, as well as positioning efforts.

Job Requirements:

• Have diploma or higher qualification
• Preferably 1-2 years of work experience
• Understanding of bags and sundries development and manufacturing is advantageous
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong follow-up abilities
• Capable of working under tight deadlines and willing to work overtime if needed
• Ability to foster strong relationships across different functions and hierarchical levels
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
