About
Our client is an international law firm that is currently in search of a Legal Support Assistant. The ideal candidate should bring along relevant experience in an international law firm or similar setting, and can be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Working in a team of 2, this position will be supporting 15 legal personnel.
- Deliver high-quality work within deadlines, adapting to changing priorities.
- Coordinate document production and correspondence in compliance with firm standards, utilizing appropriate services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet administrative needs.
- Manage communication channels effectively, ensuring consistent and quality service.
- Coordinate partner and lawyer appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation across different locations and time zones.
- Maintain email management and file organization for partners and lawyers.
- Adhere to firm policies, procedures, and safety regulations while actively seeking learning opportunities and contributing to team initiatives.
Requirements
- Brings along min 3 years of relevant experience in an international law firm or similar setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with partners, lawyers, and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document production, correspondence, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to adapt to change, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to firm policies and procedures.
