Project Manager – E&M / MEP / HVAC

This global contractor specializing in the environmental solutions and renewable energy sectors are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their rapidly growing organization. With over 2000+ employees across the globe, the goal for 2024 is to continuously bring on the best talent within the industry to support the growing projects of which the company has won.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and monitoring overall project implementation to ensure project quality has been met the client standard, in time and within budget
• Complete and conduct the related tender, feasibility report, monthly analytical report of investigation on time
• Supervise and lead a team on projects from design, installation, T&C to completion stage, ensure the progress in compliance and safety regulations
• Assign and adjust the daily work for teammates and conduct their work performance periodically
• Cooperate closely with clients and subcontractors to solve the ad-hoc matter to ensure the project is on track and complete successfully
• Oversee the onsite work, advise, and improve daily work progress and have investigation regularly

Requirements:

• Degree holder in E&M, Building Services, Energy, or related discipline.
• 7+ years solid experience in large scale project management of A&A, new builds, or infrastructure.
• Knowledge in E&M/ MEP/HVAC is necessary
• Highly desirable if candidates are qualified REW holders
• Good command of written and spoken in English, and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience can be trained as Assistant Project Manager

Package:

• 5 day’s work
• 13 months’ salary with bonus
• AL 18 days
