Assistant Engineering Manager/ Engineering Manager – Crane Technical Management
This market leading total engineering solutions provider, operating within civil, residential, and mixed-use development projects, are now actively looking for an Assistance Engineering Manager/ Engineering Manager to spearhead their engineering team for technical crane maintenance projects.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and monitoring preventive maintenance program in safety and industrial quality.
- Supervise a team from design, installation, T&C to completion to ensure the project progress has been met the statutory standards, in time and within budget.
- Sep up KPI for engineering team and assign the daily work for teammate, adjust, and conduct their work performance periodically.
- Cooperate closely with clients and subcontractors to solve the ad-hoc matter to ensure the project is on track and complete successfully.
- Oversee the onsite work, advise, and improve daily work progress and have investigation regularly.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 6+ years solid experience and 2 years in managerial grade.
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.
- Familiar with safety and industrial regulatory requirements.
- Candidates with more experience can be considered as Engineering Manager.
